部分高职院校弱化劳动教育的原因及解决路径

摘　　要：部分高职院校弱化劳动教育导致了一些毕业生劳动意识、就业意识严重缺失。部分高职院校对“高素质技能型人才”与“劳动者”的概念和关系的误读以及把专业教学中的“实验、实训和实习”等同于“劳动观与体力劳动相结合”的劳动教育的做法,是造成劳动教育弱化和学生劳动意识淡化的重要原因。全面落实中共中央、国务院《关于全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的意见》是解决部分高职院校弱化劳动教育问题的重要切入点。The weakening of labor education in some higher vocational colleges has led to a serious lack of labor awareness and employment awareness of some graduates.Some higher vocational colleges misunderstand the concept and relationship between“high-quality skilled talents”and“laborer”,and equate“experiment,training and practice”in professional teaching with labor education of“combination of labor concept and physical labor”,which are the important reasons for weakening labor education and weakening students’labor consciousness.Fully implementing the Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools and Universities in the New Era is an important breakthrough point to solve the problem of weakening labor education in some higher vocational colleges.
