摘 要:非专业化是当前我国高校图书馆馆长学科背景的最显著的特征,虽然具有合理性和现实性,但也存在显而易见的弊端。建议将完善“1+N”团队任职模式作为过渡性策略,以克服非专业化任职资格的弊端,在保障高校图书馆教学科研支持能力的前提下,提升其专业化管理水平。此外还需要将促进馆长选聘模式公开化作为高层次人才输入策略,将强化图情学科专业建设作为专业人才储备战略,从优化任职模式、打通人才流动渠道、提高人才资源储备等几个方面着手,推动我国高校图书馆馆长任职模式的专业化转型。Non-specialization is the most significant feature of the current university library director in China.Although it is reasonable and realistic,it also has obvious disadvantages.It is suggested that the“1+n”team working mode should be improved as a transitional strategy to overcome the disadvantages of non professional qualifications,and improve the professional management level of university library directors on the premise of ensuring the teaching and scientific research support ability of university library.In addition,it is also necessary to make the promotion of librarian selection and employment mode open as a high-level talent input strategy,strengthen the construction of library and information discipline as a professional talent reservation strategy,and promote the professional transformation of librarian qualification in university libraries in China from several aspects,such as optimizing the appointment mode,opening up talent flow channels,and improving talent resource reservation.
