摘 要:提高教育教学质量,推动高校内涵式发展,其核心是课堂教学质量的提升。坚持以学生为中心,开展课堂教学评价及改进机制研究工作,对课堂教学及评价现状进行分析,用“以学论教”的评价理念取代传统的“以教论教”的评价理念,优化评价主体,构建以“学生为本”的课堂教学评价机制,充分发挥评价的引导功能,完善教学质量监控过程,系统开展评价及改进工作,实现利用评价结果、反馈评价信息、建立持续改进机制。课堂教学评价及改进机制的研究将有效提高教师教学质量、学生的学习效果及学校的教学管理水平。To improve the quality of education and teaching and promote the connotative development of colleges and universities,the core is to improve the quality of classroom teaching.Being student-oriented,the research into classroom teaching evaluation mechanism aims to make an analysis of the current situation of classroom teaching and evaluation and optimize the evaluation subject with the evaluation concept of"teaching by learning"rather than the traditional evaluation concept of"teaching by teaching",thus constructing the"student-oriented"classroom teaching evaluation mechanism,giving full play to the guiding function of evaluation,improving the monitoring process of teaching quality and carrying out all work systematically.The evaluation results,and feedback evaluation information will contribute to establishing continuous improvement mechanism.The research into classroom teaching evaluation and improvement mechanism will effectively help enhance teachers’teaching quality,the students’learning effect and the teaching management.
