摘 要:通过对IEEE惯性传感器与系统会议、MEMS国际会议、圣彼得堡组合导航会议、PLANS会议和DGON ISS会议等惯性技术相关会议文献,以及惯性技术相关机构发布的一些动态信息进行梳理,总结分析了惯性技术领域的最新发展动态,并重点介绍了光学陀螺、微机电(MEMS)陀螺和加速度计等惯性器件的发展现状,以及美国为增强定位、导航与授时(PNT)能力采取的一系列举措和惯性相关组织机构的发展变化,最后对惯性技术领域的发展动向进行了分析和展望。Conference documents of the 7th IEEE International Symposium on Inertial Sensors and Systems,IEEE 33th International Conference on Micro Electro Mechanical System(MEMS),the 27th Saint Petersburg International Conference on Integrated Navigation Systems(ICINS),2020 IEEE/ION Position,Location and Navigation Symposium(PLANS),2020 DGON Inertial Sensors and Systems(ISS)as well as information released by inertial technology related institutions are reviewed and sorted out,the latest developments in the field of inertial technology are summarized and analyzed.The development of optical gyroscopes,micro-electromechanical system(MEMS)gyroscopes and accelerometers,the measures taken by the United States to enhance PNT capabilities,and the development and changes of inertial-related organizations have been highlighted,and finally the development trends of inertial technology are analyzed and prospected.
