摘  要:“坚持产教融合”是实施中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划所要遵循的基本原则,为新时代加快推进现代职业教育发展指明了方向,提供了根本遵循。分析了高职食品生物技术专业实践教学中存在的问题,介绍了高职食品生物技术专业实践教学体系构建思路,构建了高职食品生物技术专业实践教学体系,以期为高等职业教育发展提供理论参考。“Insist on the integration of production and education”is the basic principle to be followed in the implementation of high-level vocational schools and professional construction plans with Chinese characteristics.It has pointed out the direction and provided fundamental follow for accelerating the development of modern vocational education in the new era.This article analyzed the problems in the practice teaching of food biotechnology in higher vocational colleges,introduced the ideas for constructing a practical teaching system for food biotechnology in higher vocational colleges,and built a practical teaching system for food biotechnology in higher vocational education,hoping to provide theoretical references for the development of higher vocational education.
