基于慕课平台的混合式教学在耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科学中的应用

摘　　要：探讨混合式教学模式对现代医学本科教育的促进作用,以耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科学为例,通过教学实践寻求具体的实施方案和可行性。吉林大学耳鼻咽喉头颈外科教研室于2016年秋季学期完成慕课制作并上线,2019年春季学期开始尝试将慕课与传统课堂相结合的混合式教学,经过2个学期,3个班级的运行,教研室总结经验与教训,希望能提出适应信息化时代的新型医学教学模式,从而最终实现以学生为中心的教学理念。This paper discusses the role of mixed teaching mode in promoting undergraduate education of modern medicine,taking the teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery as an example,and summarizes the experience and problems through teaching practice.The department of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery of Jilin university completed the production of MOOC and put it online in the fall semester of 2016.In the spring semester of 2019,mixed teaching model combining MOOC with traditional classroom has been tried.After two semesters and three classes’ trial operation,we summarized the experience and lessons,hoping to propose a new medical teaching model that can adapt to the information age and achieve the student-oriented teaching concept.
