摘  要:法学本科专业是法学教育中的一个基础性概念,是实施法律专门人才培养最有代表性的一项教育制度。学科和专业是关系密切的两个概念。学科是知识分类概念。专业是人才培养概念,是知识分类概念实际运用于知识传递活动的结果。一个学科可以成为一个专业,但一个专业往往由若干学科交织组成。“法学本科”沿袭了晚清以降现代学制系统当中法学教学制度的传统,内涵明确而稳定,通常以高中毕业为起点。作为高校组织运转教学和管理工作的基本依据,教学计划突出体现了专业的组织性、计划性、系统性等特征,集中反映了法学本科专业概念的内涵。当前法学本科教育的管理体制、机制、规模、结构、效益以及如何认识和借鉴外国模式等问题仍需探索和改进。As a fundamental concept in legal education, undergraduate major in law represents the most symbolic system for training legal professionals. Discipline and major are two concepts related to each other. Different from discipline, a concept defined by knowledge classification, a major is designed for professional training, integrating knowledge classification with knowledge imparting activities. In addition, a discipline may be developed into a major, while a major is often composed of several disciplines. Bachelor of Law has a definite and stable meaning in education after one graduates from high school,and follows the traditional teaching system of law applied in modern school system since the late Qing Dynasty. As the basic parameter for teaching and management in colleges and universities, teaching plan represents a well-organized, systematic planning of teaching and reflects the connotation of undergraduate legal education. Currently, we still need to improve the system, mechanism, scale, structure and efficiency of legal studies for undergraduate students, and reconsider what we can learn from other countries’ educational systems.
