摘 要:云南沿边跨境经济合作区对推进我国西南地区经济发展,深化与东南国家的对外开放具有重要意义。学前教育作为我国教育体系的基础阶段,是区域人才培养的开端,关系着区域可持续发展。通过对云南沿边跨境经济合作区学前教育发展现状的分析,发现该区域学前教育存在政府投入有限、办园主体不协调、师幼比偏低、师资力量薄弱且城乡差距明显、资源分配不均等发展困境,在此基础上提出优化办园主体结构、大力发展普惠性幼儿园、推进区域城乡学前教育一体化发展和融入区域特色以提高学前教育质量的发展策略。Yunnan border cross-border economic cooperation zone is of great significance to promote the economic development of Southwest China and deepen the opening up with Southeast countries.As the basic stage of China's education system,preschool education is the beginning of regional talent training,which is related to regional sustainable development.Based on the analysis of the current situation of preschool education development in Yunnan border cross-border economic cooperation zone,this paper finds that the main problems of preschool education in this region are limited government investment,uncoordinated kindergarten operators,low ratio of teachers to children,weak teachers,obvious gap between urban and rural areas,and uneven distribution of resources.On this basis,this paper proposes to optimize the main structure of kindergarten operators,vigorously develop inclusive kindergartens,and promote the development of preschool education.In order to improve the quality of preschool education,it is necessary to integrate the development of urban and rural preschool education and integrate the regional characteristics.
