摘　　要：以高职院校教师为研究对象,采用实证研究的方法,探讨组织职业生涯管理对高职院校教师职业生涯成功的影响和作用。研究结果表明:高职院校教师的主观职业生涯成功和客观职业生涯成功均呈中等偏上水平;学校组织职业生涯管理水平处于中等偏上水平;组织职业生涯管理对高职院校教师的主观职业生涯成功和客观职业生涯成功均呈显著正相关关系。Empirical research methods are used to study the relationship between organization career management and career success of vocational college teachers.Through data analysis,it is found that:subjective career success and objective career success of vocational college teachers are both at the upper-middle level;organizational career management of vocational college is at the upper-middle level;organizational career management has a significant positive correlation with the subjective career success and objective career success of vocational college teachers.
