摘  要:目的:探讨以案例为中心(CBL)的教学模式在输卵管性不孕规范化诊治流程临床带教中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年9月-2020年10月在生殖医学部进修的医生83名,根据不同临床带教方法分为两组。研究组采用CBL教学模式;对照组采用常规教学模式。比较两组教学效果和满意度。结果:研究组教学成绩和教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在输卵管性不孕症规范化诊治临床带教中应用CBL教学方法的效果明显,可显著提高教学质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of CBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of standardized diagnosis and treatment process of tubal infertility.Methods:From September 2017 to October 2020,83 reproductive medicine refresher doctors in hospital were retrospectively analyzed,they were divided into two groups according to different clinical teaching methods.The study group adopted CBL teaching mode.The control group adopted conventional teaching mode.The teaching effect and satisfaction of doctors of the two groups were compared.Results:The average score of CBL teaching mode and teaching satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of CBL teaching method in the standardized diagnosis and treatment of tubal infertility has obvious effect,which can significantly improve the teaching quality.
