摘  要:采用L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐溶液作为提取剂,超声波细胞破碎机作为前处理仪器,考察了提取剂浓度、超声功率、提取时间和样品基体等条件对提取结果的影响,并对L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐溶液提取镉和铅元素的可行性进行分析,优化建立了谷物中镉和铅的快速绿色提取方法。超声功率120W,无需酸碱和其它有机试剂,3%L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐溶液10 min即可完成谷物样品中镉和铅的提取。本方法对不同基体谷物样品中镉和铅元素的提取率均高于95%,相对标准偏差小于3%。与微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法和微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法相比,本方法提取不同基体谷物标准物质中镉和铅元素结果与经典方法无显著性差异(P>0.05)。A rapid and environmental pretreatment method for cadmium and lead in grain by ultrasonic extraction was established.L-cysteine hydrochloride solution was used as extractant,and ultrasonic cell disruptor was used as pretreatment equipment.The effects of the extractant concentration,ultrasonic power,extraction time and sample matrix on the extraction results were investigated,and the feasibility of extracting cadmium and lead with L-cysteine hydrochloride was analyzed.The extraction of cadmium and lead from cereal samples can be completed by 3%L-cysteine hydrochloride solution in 10 min with 120 W ultrasonic power and without acid,alkali and other organic reagents.The extraction rates of cadmium and lead in different grain samples were higher than 95%with relative standard deviations(RSDs)less than 3%.Compared with microwave digestioninductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)and microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS),the results of cadmium and lead in various grain reference material extracted by this method had no significance difference with those classical methods(P>0.05).
