摘 要:对OBE理念下药用基础化学教学效果评价进行研究。药用基础化学教学效果评价存在评价观念落后,评价内容与实践过程不适应的问题。教学效果都体现在期末成绩上,没有深刻认识到药用基础化学课程在非化学类专业课程体系中的重要性。教师能力不够,教学资源匮乏,无法为学生提供药用基础化学的前沿技术。提出了OBE理念下药用基础化学教学效果评价体系的构建策略:针对每位学生的特点建立独立的动态评价系统,利用差异化分析从不同角度考察学生对技能的掌握程度,考虑每位学生各次实验的进步成绩及进步因素。针对预设的教学目标划分等级,对教学目标进行定性和定量研究,考虑评价者与被评者心理偏好带来的影响。将学生对教师的评价与专家对教师教学水平的评价结合起来,构成教师课程教学水平的综合评价。要以教学目标的完成情况为主,以师生对教学效果的满意度、学生素质能力的培养为辅,客观反映出教学效果成绩。The research explores the efficiency evaluation of medical basic chemistry teaching under OBE concept.There are some problems in the efficiency evaluation of medical basic chemistry teaching,i.e.the backward evaluation concept,and the incommensurate evaluation content with practical process.The teaching effect mainly reflects in the final examination results.We don’t deeply understand the importance of medical basic chemistry course in non-chemistry professional curriculum system.Teacher’s ability is not enough,teaching resource is lack and the advanced technology of medical basic chemistry can’t be provided for students.The construction strategies of efficiency evaluation system of medical basic chemistry teaching under OBE concept are proposed,i.e.to establish independent dynamic evaluation system according to the characteristics of each student,utilize differentiation analysis to check the grasp degree of the skills of different students from different angles,and consider the progress results and factors of each experiment of each student.Presupposed teaching aim is divided into grades.Qualitative and quantitative research is done on teaching target.The influence of psychological preference of estimators and people who receive estimation is considered.The evaluation of the teaching level from students to teachers and from experts to teachers is combined,and the comprehensive evaluation of teacher course teaching level is constructed.It is suggested to take the performance of teaching target as the principal thing,and the satisfaction of teachers on teaching effect and the training of student quality ability as the assistance,and the objectively reflect teaching effect results.
