摘　　要：广东省是较早面临产业全面转型升级的省份之一:人才市场需要大量复合型、创新型技术技能人才。鉴于分类考试招生制度的实施使得大部分民办高职院校的生源数量与质量都不同程度改变,文章分析了近三年广东省教育厅专科毕业生就业质量报告,实施就业与招生挂钩,人才培养模式改革,构建基于人才培养全过程的教学质量保障体系:选取生源素质、人才培养定位、课程标准、教师队伍、教学过程、教学方法与手段、教学管理、课程考核、学籍管理和跟踪服务等十个教学质量维度,夯实制度建设,实现了广东省高水平民办高职院校跨越式发展。Guangdong is one of the province facing the industrial comprehensive transformation and upgrading earlier.The talent market needs a large number of composite and innovative technical skilled talents.While the classified examination admission system makes most of the private vocational colleges change in quantity and quality of students to varying degree.This paper analyzes the employment quality report of the Department of Education of Guangdong Province on college graduates in the past three years.Implement the link between employment and enrollment,push the reform of the talent cultivation mode,build a teaching quality assurance system based on the whole process of talent cultivation:selecting the quality of students,talent cultivation positioning,curriculum standards,teaching staff,teaching process,teaching methods and means,teaching management,curriculum assessment,registry management and tracking service ten dimensions of teaching quality,consolidate system construction,and realize the leapfrog development of high-level private higher vocational colleges in Guangdong.
