摘  要:试验研究米根霉菌丝对固态发酵粗饲料中粗纤维含量的影响。采用米根霉固态发酵麦麸,以ElsonMorga法测定发酵麦麸培养基中米根霉菌丝含量,并测定米根霉菌丝粗纤维含量。结果显示,发酵麦麸培养基第4~6 d时米根霉菌丝的粗纤维总量占麦麸培养基粗纤维总量的45.09%~48.00%,米根霉菌丝含量对固态发酵过程中基质的粗纤维测定值影响显著。采用国标法检测米根霉菌丝(麦麸固态培养4 d~6 d)、佛州侧耳菌丝(平板培养7 d)、哈茨木霉菌丝(平板培养7 d)、酵母菌体(液体培养2 d)和几丁质的粗纤维含量分别为33.36%、14.38%、17.14%、1.63%和83.49%。试验表明,真菌菌丝细胞结构中的纤维素和几丁质等多聚糖类物质会引起固态发酵饲料粗纤维的增加。The experimental studied the effect of Rhizopus oryzae mycelium on crude fiber content in solid-state fermentation.The wheat bran was solid fermented with Rhizopus oryzae,the mycelium content of Rhizopus oryzae in fermented wheat bran medium was determined by Elson-Morga method,and the crude fiber content of Rhizopus oryzae mycelium was determined.The results showed that crude fiber content of Rhizopus oryzae mycelium accounted for 45.09%-~48.00%of the total crude fiber in the fermentation wheat bran medium on the 4th to 6th day.Therefore.the mycelium content of Rhizopus oryzae had great influence on the crude fiber content of the substrate during the solid-statefermentation.The crude fiber contents of Rhizopus oryzae(4~6 d cultured in wheat bran medium).Pleurotus floridanus(7 d cultured in plates),Trichoderma harzianum(7 d cultured in plates),Candida utilis(2 d cultured in the liquid medium)and chitin using GB standard method were 33.36%,14.38%,17.14%,1.63%,83.49%,respectively.The experimentindicates that the cellulose,chitin and other polysaccharides in the cell structure of fungal mycelium will cause the increas eof crude fiber in solid fermented feed.
