摘　　要：中医皮肤科专业的住院医师规范化培训与内科系统住院医师规范化培训存在一定差异,具有专业性强的特点。通过分析中医皮肤科专业特点,针对住院医师规范化培训中遇到的常见问题及难点,对应性地提出解决方法及相关举措,从合理规划科内培训、建立学习资料库、制定考核方案和工作制度,以及培养医学人文理念等方面总结对策,以求为中医皮肤科住院医师规范化培训带教策略提供新的思路。Standardized training of residents in Dermatology of TCM is characterized by its own specialized features and different from that of Internal Medicine.Based on the analysis of its characteristics and common problems in standardized training,the authors put forward the following countermeasures to deal with the existing problems:making proper plans for training in the department of TCM Dermatology,constructing learning databases,formulating assessment schemes and regulating working systems,developing concepts of medical humanities,etc.It is hoped to provide new concepts for practical teaching of residents’standardized training of Dermatology of TCM.
