摘 要:企业的高速发展离不开员工培训工作的开展,但在具体的企业员工培训过程中仍然存在着培训目标不清晰、培训计划不科学等问题,而通过对绩效考核管理工作的有效开展能够从根本上解决以上问题,大大提升员工培训的有效性,因此,必须对绩效考核给予足够的重视。论文简单介绍了当前绩效考核存在的问题,同时提出相关改善措施。The rapid development of enterprises is inseparable from the development of staff training.However,there are still some problems existing in the process of staff training,such as unclear training objectives and unscientific training plans.The effective implementation of performance appraisal management can fundamentally solve the problems and greatly improve the effectiveness of staff training.Therefore,we must pay enough attention to performance appraisal.This paper briefly introduces the problems existing in current performance appraisal and puts forward relevant improvement measures at the same time.
