摘  要:目的探讨基于微课的网络学习课程在新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情形势下应用于内科护理本科实习生教学的效果。方法采用整群抽样法分别抽取内科2019年1月—2月和2020年1月—2月的各50名本科护理实习生作为对照组和观察组。在内科护理实习教学中,对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组依托微课平台,以临床教学内容和COVID-19防控知识构建网络课程,开展线上教学和疫情心理辅导。比较两组护生出科理论成绩和观察组培训前后的COVID-19知识考试成绩,采用症状自评量表、教学满意度调查比较两组护生干预的效果。结果观察组出科理论成绩为(79.66±11.72)分,高于对照组的(75.28±8.59)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后,观察组护生COVID-19防控知识成绩由培训前的(79.82±8.70)分升高至(92.36±4.79)分,心理测评得分则由培训前的(114.28±17.80)分降至(95.58±11.89)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组护生对线上教学活动满意度高达87.3%,其中学习者预期、个体学习环境、网络课程易用性、网络课程有用性和在线学习平台易用性的满意度尤为突出,分别为92.0%、91.3%、93.5%、91.3%和90.0%。结论基于微课的网络教学能够有效满足在COVID-19疫情形势下实习护生理论学习的要求,提高护生COVID-19知识掌握程度,改善护生心理健康状况,给护生带来满意的教学体验。Objective To investigate the effect of Application of e-learning based on micro-course in undergraduate internship teaching of internal medicine nursing under the situation of COVID-19 epidemic.Methods Cluster sampling was used,50 undergraduate nursing interns from January to February 2019 and January to February 2020 in internal medicine were selected as control group and observation group respectively.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode while the observation group carried out online teaching,the epidemic psychological guidance on the micro course platform with the network course constructed by clinical teaching content and COVID-19 prevention and control knowledge in the practice teaching of internal medicine nursing.Comparing theoretical score between two groups and the results of COVID-19 knowledge examination of observation group before and after the course.Using symptom checklist and teaching satisfaction survey to compare the effect of intervention between two groups of nursing students.Results The theoretical score of the observation group(79.66±11.72)was higher than that of the control group(75.28±8.59),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,The score of COVID-19 examination of nursing students in the observation group increased from(79.82±8.70)to(92.36±4.79),and the score of psychological evaluation decreased from(114.28±17.80)to(95.58±11.89),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).87.3%of the nursing students in observation group satisfied with the online teaching activities,especially with the expectation of learners,the individual learning environment,the ease of using online courses,the usefulness of online courses and the ease of using online learning platform,which were 92.0%,91.3%,93.5%,91.3%and 90.0%respectively.Conclusion The E-learning based on micro-course can effectively meet the requirements of theoretical learning of nursing students under the situation of COVID-19 epidemic and improve the level of COVID-19 knowledge and
