课内外一体化教学模式在高校公共体育教学中的应用

摘　　要：在新课程改革教育背景下,注重对高校公共体育课程教学的改革,实现课内教学和课外体育活动的相互融合,实现课内外一体化教学模式的真正落实,对于全面提升大学生的体育技能,增强身体素质,促进大学生的长远健康发展具有重要的意义。该文对此予以研究,旨在进一步优化课内外一体化教学模式的应用效果,提升大学生的身体素质,实现素质教育的教学目标。Under the background of new curriculum reform and education,we should pay attention to the reform of public physical education curriculum teaching in colleges and universities,realize the integration of in-class teaching and extracurricular physical education activities,and realize the real implementation of integrated teaching mode in and out of class.The purpose of this paper is to further optimize the application effect of the integrated teaching mode in and out of class,to improve the physical quality of college students and to realize the teaching goal of quality education.
