摘　　要：中国共产党在不同历史时期的革命、建设与改革过程中,探索形成了领导高校招生考试制度改革的基本经验,包括:坚持党对教育考试事业的全面领导,坚持和发展马克思主义关于人的全面发展的理论观点,坚持教育与生产劳动相结合,坚持以人民为中心保障人民群众的高等教育入学机会。这些经验是坚持马克思主义普遍真理与中国教育实践相结合的结果,基于经验形成的高校招生考试制度是中国特色社会主义制度的重要组成部分。In the different historical periods of revolution,construction and reform,the Communist Party of China has explored and formed the basic experience of leading the reform of college entrance examination and enrollment system,including adhering to the overall leadership of Communist Party of China over the education examination cause,adhering to and developing the theory of Marxism on the all-round development of human beings,adhering to the combination of education and labor,adhering to the people-oriented development,protecting higher education enrollment opportunities of all the people.The experience is the result of the adherence of the combination of the universal truth of Marxism and Chinese educational practice.The college entrance examination and enrollment system based on the experience is an important part of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.
