摘　　要：目前,中医药成人教育在理念、资源、机制等方面已无法适应国家和社会发展对终身学习的期待。本文以近年来江西中医药大学进行改革实践为例,探讨如何以培养“创新型、复合型、应用型”高素质中医药人才为导向,围绕中医药人才岗位胜任力提升,构建中医药成人教育新型模式,为中医药人才终身学习、事业发展提供能力保障。This paper take the adult education reform practice of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in recent years as an example,to explore building a new model of adult education of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),which focus on improving the post competency of TCM talents and with the guidance of cultivating"innovative,compound and application-oriented"TCM talents under the background of that the concept,resources,mechanism and other aspects of adult education of TCM are unable to match the expectation of national and social development for lifelong learning,so as to provide ability guarantee for the lifelong learning and career development of TCM talents.
