摘  要:借鉴德国"双元制"师资队伍的培养经验、入职门槛和能力要素,结合我国职业教育师资队伍培养的现状,坚持"走出去和引进来"双轨并进,在强化职业技术师范教育、提高职业教育师资门槛、建立各级教师培训中心、推动建设企业培训中心,以及完善在职培训体制机制等五个方面进行研究和探索,力图为新时代职业教育"双师型"教师队伍的建设提供借鉴。Draw lessons from the German "dual system" teacher team training experience, entry threshold and ability elements, combined with the cultivation and the status quo of the vocational education teacher team in our country, and adhere to the "going out and bringing in" dual-track hand in hand. Make analysis and exploration in such five aspects as strengthening the vocational and technical teaching education, improving the threshold of the vocational education teachers, establishing teachers’ training center at all levels, promoting the construction of enterprise training center and improving the mechanism of the on-the-job training system, to provide reference for the construction of "double-qualified" teachers of vocational education in the new era.
