摘 要:学前教育的日益变革促使社会对幼儿教师的角色期待逐渐转变,倾听者角色是幼儿教师专业化的内在要求和必然趋势。通过课堂志研究发现:生活活动中教师作为倾听者的意识欠缺;教学活动中教师作为倾听者的能力弱化;专业劳动中教师作为倾听者的态度敷衍。幼儿教师倾听者角色缺位主要原因在于:权威意志下教师倾听意识淡薄;目标导向下教师驾驭倾听课堂能力有限;科学保教呼声下表演式倾听盛行。幼儿教师要确立倾听者角色,提高倾听意识;践行倾听原则,涵养倾听智慧;构建亲密师幼关系,创造自觉倾听氛围。Under the background of the new era,the increasing change of preschool education makes the society look forward to the role of preschool teachers gradually,and“listener”is the inherent requirement and inevitable trend of preschool teachers’specialization.Through study of classroom aspirations,the author finds that the preschool teacher’s consciousness as a listener is lacking in life activities;the teacher’s ability as a listener is weakened in teaching activities;and the teacher’s attitude as a listener in professional labor is perfunctory.The main reason for the absence of teacher listener’s role lies in the weak teacher’s“listening consciousness”under“authoritative will”;limited ability of teachers to master and listen to the classroom;and performing listening is popular under the voice of scientific education.Teachers should establish the role of the listener and improve the listening consciousness;practice listening principles,cultivate listening wisdom;construct intimate teachers and children’s feelings,and create a conscious listening atmosphere.
