摘 要:目的探索基于现代学徒制的高职护理专业学生培养方法。方法将2017级50名三年制专科护理学生设为对照组,采用“2年学校学习+1年医院实习”传统教学模式;将2018级50名三年制专科护理学生设为干预组,构建含学徒岗位核心课(岗位能力相关课程)的“双元育人”课程体系,实施“1.5年学校学习+1.5年医院学习和实习”的两阶段模块化现代学徒制课程教学。结果干预组学生专业核心课程和岗位能力相关课程总评成绩显著高于对照组,对课程体系教学的评价显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论基于现代学徒制双元两阶段模块化教学能够有效提升学习效果,获得学生的肯定。Objective To explore the methods for cultivating higher vocational college nursing students based on modern apprenticeship.Methods Fifty vocational nursing students on a 3-year nursing education program enrolled in 2017 were served as the control group and received traditional teaching that they studied in the college for 2 years and practiced in the hospital for 1 year.Their counterparts(n=50)enrolled in 2018 were treated as the intervention group and subjected to a new teaching model based on modern apprenticeship.In the new teaching,we formulated curriculum modules and developed core courses to meet the requirements of the post,then we implemented two-stage teaching including one-and-half-year school learning and one-and-half-year hospital learning and practice.Results The intervention group had higher test scores in core professional courses and post-related courses,as well as more positive evaluation of the teaching compared with the control group(P<0.01 for all).Conclusion The college-hospital cooperated,two stage module-based teaching based on modern apprenticeship can effectively enhance the teaching effect and receive a positive evaluation from the students.
