国际化视域下AHK认证的“本土化”实践研究

摘　　要：德国AHK职业资格认证体系是一种被全球广泛认可的职业资格认证标准。目前,江苏省有近20所五年制高职学校引进了德国AHK机电一体化工种的职业资格认证体系,将培训课程嵌入到机电一体化技术专业教学中,进行人才培养方案、课程标准、教学内容、教学方法、评价认证等方面的改革,实现对现代课程体系的重构,强化师资队伍的建设与培养,促进专业的内涵发展,提高人才培养质量。German AHK vocational qualification certification system is a vocational qualification certification standard widely recognized in the world.At present,nearly 20 five-year higher vocational schools in Jiangsu Province have introduced the German AHK Mechatronics vocational qualification certification system,which embeds the training courses into the teaching of mechatronics major,and carries out the reform of personnel training scheme,curriculum standards,teaching contents,teaching methods,evaluation and certification.This realizes the reconstruction of modern curriculum system,strengthen the construction and training of teaching staff,promote the connotation of professional development and improve the quality of personnel training.
