摘 要:运用亚临界流体萃取法提取了几个不同品种的新疆地产甜瓜——香瓜4号、皇后、绿宝石、新密和86-1的甜瓜籽油,采用气相色谱-EN14103法测定了这几种甜瓜籽油脂肪酸组成和相对含量。结果表明,不同种类的甜瓜籽油所含有的脂肪酸成分不同,同一种脂肪酸在不同品种的天瓜籽油中所占比例不同。试验的前处理方法具有操作简单、技术难度低的特点,通过气相色谱-EN14103法可以准确、快速地测定不同品种的甜瓜籽油的脂肪酸种类及其含量。A subcritical fluid extraction method was used to extract melon seed oil from several different varieties of Xinjiang melon,namely Cantaloupe-4,Queen,Emerald,Xin-Mi and 86-1.The fatty acid composition and relative content of these cantaloupe oil were determined by GAS chromatography-EN14103.The results showed that different kinds of melon seed oil contained different fatty acids,and the proportion of the same fatty acid in different kinds of melon seed oil was different.The pretreatment method of this experiment had the characteristics of simple operation and low technical difficulty.The fatty acid types and contents of different melon seed oil could be accurately and rapidly determined by GC-EN14103.
