高校辅导员与专业课教师协同育人的思考

摘　　要：当代大学生的成长、成才过程与实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史节点高度吻合,是实现中国梦的主力军。在“三全育人”背景下,辅导员和专业课教师对大学生的思想政治教育起着至关重要的作用,这就使得高校辅导员与专业课教师的协同育人对学生成长成才尤为重要。辅导员与专业课教师应不断提升协同育人水平,落实立德树人根本任务,把立德树人体制机制的优势转化为育人实效。The growth and success of contemporary college students are highly consistent with the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in historical node and they are the main force of realizing the Chi⁃nese dream.Under the background of"San Quan education",counselors and professional teachers play a vital role in the ideological and political education of college students,which makes the collaborative education of col⁃lege counselors and professional teachers particularly important for the growth and success of students.Counsel⁃ors and professional teachers should constantly improve the level of collaborative education,implement the funda⁃mental task of moral education,and transform the advantages of the system and mechanism of moral education in⁃to the effectiveness of education.
