摘　　要：中医师承教育是培养中医药人才的重要方式,是对院校教育的一种有益补充和完善。2018年2月《关于深化中医药师承教育的指导意见》要求以解决中医药师承教育发展的重点难点问题为突破口,建立和完善中医药师承教育制度,推进中医药人才队伍建设。这也是国家从政策、法律法规层面对中医药师承教育制度进行了肯定与支持。但中医知识宝库中仍存在着巨大的尚未挖掘和利用的隐性知识,如何识别和改善影响中医隐性知识传承的因素,如何对中医隐性知识进行有效的显性化转移,如何进一步提升针灸推拿专业师资带教水平,这些问题都关系到中医药事业的可持续发展。The master-apprentice education of traditional Chinese medicine is an important way to cultivate talents of traditional Chinese medicine,and it is a beneficial supplement and improvement to the education of colleges and universities.In February 2018,the guiding opinions on deepening the education of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacists required to establish and improve the education system of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacists and promote the construction of traditional Chinese medicine talent team with the breakthrough of solving the key and difficult problems in the development of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacists’education.This is also the national policy,laws and regulations on the traditional Chinese medicine teacher education system to affirm and support.However,there is still huge hidden knowledge that has not been excavated and utilized in the treasure house of traditional Chinese medicine.How to identify and improve the factors that affect the inheritance of hidden knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,how to effectively transfer the hidden knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,and how to further improve the level of standardized training teachers for in-patients of acupuncture and massage specialty are all related to the sustainable development of traditional Chinese medicine exhibition.
