摘　　要：对照工程教育专业认证标准和补充标准,当前基层教学组织质量保障体系存在内部循环难闭环、外部循环非持续、支持条件弱等问题。应深入理解专业认证理念,建立以学生为中心,内外循环有机统一的质量保障机制;结合成果导向(OBE)的教育理念,建立多元化的教学评价体系;坚持持续改进模式,打造特色质量文化。Comparing the standards and supplementary standards of the engineering education accreditation,there are some questions in the current QAS of grassroots teaching organizations,such as,hard to close in the internal loop,non-continuous in the external loop,and weak support conditions.According to the professional accreditation concept,a student-centered QASwhich integrates the internal and the external loops was established.Combining the outcome-based education philosophy,a diversified teaching evaluation system was established.Adhering to the continuous improvement model,a characteristic quality culture was created.
