摘　　要：受新冠疫情影响,旅游业在2020年受到重创,随着疫情逐步减弱,整个社会步入“后疫情时代”,校企合作机制也随之发生改变。通过实地访谈和问卷调查,对旅游企业进行调研,并对所收集数据进行分析,从政府、旅游企业、高职院校三方面对校企合作提出相应策略:政府给予校企合作政策引导和支持;旅游企业发挥自身优势,实现校企双赢;高职院校完善专业课程设置,健全校企合作机制等方面,以期对旅游教育发展提供借鉴和参考。The tourism enterprises were seriously damaged by COVID-19 in 2020.With the epidemic being controlled step by step,the whole society stepped into the“post-epidemic era”,and the mechanism of schoolenterprise cooperation should be changed accordingly.The tourism enterprises were investigated by the methods of field interview and questionnaire survey.The collected data are analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures for school-enterprise cooperation are put forward from the perspectives of the government,tourism enterprises and vocational colleges,mainly including policy support from the government and strengthening of special funds input;tourism enterprises giving full play to their own advantages to achieve a win-win situation between schools and enterprises;vocational colleges improving the professional teaching system and educational model.All the results are hoped to provide reference for the development of tourism education,
