摘  要:“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设是“双高计划”建设的重要改革发展任务。高职院校师资队伍存在的教师数量不足、教师队伍结构失衡、教师素质有待提高等问题是制约高水平建设的突出症结。“双高计划”背景下教师教学创新团队建设,必须坚持引进和培育并举、扩充和优化并举、校内和校外并举,保证创新团队教师数量充足、结构合理和素质过硬。The construction of"double-qualified"teachers'teaching innovation team is an important reform and development task of the"double-high plan"construction.There are still some problems in the teaching staff of higher vocational colleges,such as the serious shortage of teachers,the imbalance of teachers'structure,and the need to improve the quality of teachers,which are the prominent sticking points that restrict high-level construction.Under the background of"double-high plan",the construction of teachers'teaching innovation team must adhere to the simultaneous development of introduction and cultivation,expansion and opti⁃mization,and both in and out of school,so as to ensure that the number of teachers in the innovation team is sufficient,the structure is reasonable and the quality is excellent.
