高校教学科研型新入职青年教师工作中的问题和对策

摘　　要：高校是培养人才、发展科学的重要场所。高校青年教师的个人素养和职业素养不仅决定了自身发展,关系到高校前景,更深刻影响着国家的未来。新时代对高校青年教师提出了不仅要有理想信念、道德情操、扎实学问、更要对学生有仁爱之心的新历史使命。本文以新入职的教学科研型高校青年教师为研究对象,剖析了当代新入职青年教师教学与科研中所遇到的问题并提出了相应的解决方法,以期对青年教师的发展有所裨益。Colleges and universities are important places for cultivating talents and developing science.As young teachers in colleges and universities in the new era,excellent personal quality and professional accomplishment not only determine the personal development of teachers,but also affect the future of a country.The new era has put forward a new historical mission for young teachers in colleges and universities,which is not only to have ideals,beliefs,moral sentiments,solid knowledge,but also to be kind to students.This paper analyzes the problems encountered in the teaching and scientific research of the new young teachers in colleges and universities,and puts forward the corresponding solutions in the hope of contributing to the development of young teachers.
