摘　　要：文章以廊坊职业技术学院学生实习管理实践为例,总结了多年来指导学生实习经验体会。对高职院校学生实习中存在的问题进行深入剖析研究,探讨从实习基地建设到实习过程监管、指导教师选派及学生实习质量评价等管理体制机制问题,构建了"学生跟(顶)岗实习全员化系统管理"模式。该模式通过在实践中运用,有效解决了学生实习质量不高、效果不好、流于形式等问题,推动了学院专业建设和人才培养质量的提高。Taking the practice of student practice management in Langfang Polytechnic Institute as an example,this paper summarizes the experience and experience of guiding student practice over the years,and deeply analyzes the problems existing in student practice in higher vocational colleges.This paper discusses the management system and mechanism from the practice base construction to the supervision of the practice process,the guidance of teachers and the evaluation of the quality of student practice,and constructs the model of"student and(top)post internship system management".By using this model in practice,it effectively solves the problems such as the poor quality of students’internships,poor results,and mere forms,and promotes the improvement of the professional construction and personnel training quality of the college.
