摘 要:在英语教学中,教师可以应用赏识教育来激发学生的学习兴趣,让学生感受到学习英语的乐趣与成功感,帮助学生树立英语学习自信心。教师应用赏识教育时可以从尊重个体差异、在赏识中因材施教,创设教学情境、在赏识中鼓励参与,发挥语言优势、在赏识中激发兴趣,营造良好氛围、在赏识中促进对话等方面入手,提高学生学习效果。In English teaching,teachers can use appreciation education to stimulate students'interest in learning,make students feel the fun and sense of success in learning English,and help students establish self-confidence in English learning.When teachers apply appreciation education,they can respect individual differences,teach students in accordance with their aptitude,create teaching situations,encourage participation in appreciation,give full play to language advantages,stimulate interest in appreciation,create a good atmosphere,and promote dialogue in appreciation,so as to improve students'learning effect.
