基于校企合作人才培养模式的中职物流教学管理研究

摘　　要：校企合作作为职业教育的新模式,能够以自身产教融合的方式来提升职业教育的活力,使职业教育更符合时代的要求。文章主要基于市场需求环境、基于企业需求目标、基于物流课程改革、基于学生人才就业规划、基于多元合作方向,对基于校企合作人才培养模式的中职物流教学管理进行探讨。As a new mode of vocational education,school enterprise cooperation can enhance the vitality of vocational education by means of its own integration of production and education,and make vocational education more in line with the requirements of the times.Based on the market demand environment,based on the enterprise demand objectives,based on the logistics curriculum reform,based on the employment planning of students,based on the school enterprise cooperation talent training mode,based on the direction of diversified cooperation,this paper discusses the logistics teaching management of secondary vocational school.
