摘　　要：利用统计学原理,借助SPSS分析软件对某高职院校8000余名在校生和300余名教师三年的教学评价数据进行统计分析,同时对700多位师生进行了线上问卷调查和访谈,挖掘出目前教学质量评价体系中不合理因素及成因,发现高校教师自身心理因素是影响教学质量评价的关键因素,提出完善教学质量评价体系的具体对策。By using the principle of statistics and SPSS analysis software,this paper analyzes the teaching evaluation data of more than 8,000 students and 300 teachers for three years in a higher vocational college,and conducts an online questionnaire survey of more than 700 teachers and students.This paper excavates the unreasonable factors and their causes in the present teaching quality evaluation system and finds that the psychological factors of college teachers are the key factors affecting the teaching quality evaluation,and then some concrete countermeasures to perfect the teaching quality evaluation system are put forward.
