摘　　要：基于动态能力理论,探索大数据能力对员工创新绩效的影响,并基于知识基础观分析知识转移在其中的中介作用,探究工作自主性在其中的调节作用。使用来自24家企业的403份问卷,实证研究结果表明,大数据能力显著提升员工创新绩效;知识转移显著提升员工创新绩效,且部分中介大数据能力对员工创新绩效的影响;工作自主性在资源获取能力以及应用能力对创新绩效的影响中起正向调节作用,但是该调节作用在分析整合能力对创新绩效的作用机制中并不显著。With the growing intense international competition, improving the innovation performance of employees has become one of the ways for enterprises to stay ahead. Based on the Dynamic capability theory, this paper explores the impact of big data capability on innovation performance of employees, further analyzes the mediating role of knowledge transfer based on the knowledge-based view, and explores the moderating role of job autonomy in it. Using 403 questionnaires from 24 enterprises to do empirical research, the results show that big data capability has a significant positive impact on innovation performance of employees;knowledge transfer has a significant positive impact on innovation performance of employees, and partially mediates the impact of big data capability on innovation performance;job autonomy plays a significant positive moderating role in the impact of resource acquisition capability on innovation performance, also plays a significant positive moderating role in the impact of application capability on innovation performance, but the moderating role in the impact of analysis and integration capability on innovation performance is not significant.
