摘　　要：通过对建筑室内设计专业进行岗位分析,寻找典型(核心)工作岗位,并对典型(核心)工作岗位的专业素质、专业能力、专业知识进行分析,总结出建筑室内设计专业学生应具备的能力和应掌握的知识。在岗位分析的基础上,分析必须设置的课程和实训项目,构建出课程体系。在人才培养方案的基础上制定课程标准,明确课程的目标、内容、学时数、考核方式等。通过教学实践再不断修订、完善人才培养体系。Through analysis of architectural interior design positions,look for typical(core)position,and analyze the professional qualities,professional capabilities,and professional knowledge of typical(core)position,and summarize the skills and knowledge that architectural interior design students should master.On the basis of positions analysis,analyze the courses and training projects that must be set up to construct a curriculum system.Formulate curriculum standards on the basis of the talent training program,clarify the objectives,content,class hours,and assessment methods of the curriculum.Continuously revise and improve the talent training system through teaching practice.
