成人医学教育网络考试题库的应用分析

摘　　要：随着计算机技术和网络技术的不断发展进步,以及在职医务工作者对再教育的需求,成人医学教育不断发展,逐步形成了一个趋势,由于成人有家庭以及工作等各种压力,因此传统的纸质教育模式不适合成人的再教育,而网络则正好完美地填补了纸质的空缺。要想网络成人医学教育工作完全符合医务工作者的自身需求,就必须改善目前的一些弊端,使网络版的教育考试题库更加深入社会,推广完善医学网络题库和考试系统的应用,以提高考务工作效率、改善考试评价效果、及时进行教学效果反馈,以不断提高成人医学教育教学水平和考核方式,推动成人医学教育考试方式的改革。With the continuous advancement of computer networks and the demand for re-education by serving medical workers,adult medical education has continued to develop,and a trend has gradually emerged.Because adults have family and work pressures,traditional paper education model is not suitable for adult re-education,and the network is just perfect to fill the paper vacancies.In order to fully meet the needs of medical workers in the network of adult medical education work,we must improve some of the current shortcomings,so that the online version of the educational test bank more in-depth social.We need promote and improve the application of medical network library system and examination system,to improve the efficiency of examination work,to improve the efficiency of examination in time for teaching feedback,and continuously improve the level of adult medical education network examination,in order to promote the reform of adult medical education examination.
