摘 要:探讨双创背景下高职护理专业学生职业生涯规划路径,提高学生就业能力,促进创新创业。通过对650名学生为期两年的分类培养,比较两组在生涯定向、专业兴趣、职业认识、就业信心、自我规划上卡方检验差异。结果显示在专业理论成绩上差异显著(t=64.63,p<0.01)。无边界职业生涯模式较传统生涯模式更适合双创职业生涯指导。To explore the career planning path of higher vocational nursing students under the background of entrepreneurship and innovation,improve their employability and promote innovation and entrepreneurship.Through the classified training of 650 students for two years,the differences in career orientation,professional interest,career awareness,employment confidence and self planning between the two groups were compared by chi square test.The results showed that there was a significant difference in professional theory scores(t=64.63,P<0.01).Boundaryless career model is more suitable for career guidance than traditional career model.
