摘 要:目的探讨消化内科实习生教学中应用翻转课堂联合教师标准化病人(TSP)教学模式的应用效果。方法随机选取我院2019年1-8月期间消化内科实习的本科生共80例为研究对象,根据对其实施的教学模式不同,分为对照组、研究组(每组各40例),对照组给予传统教学方式,研究组给予TSP联合翻转课堂教学模式,观察研究两组患者出科考核成绩、教学效果以及教学满意度情况。结果研究组对教学满意度及出科考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);教学前两组实习人员在学习兴趣、自学能力、临床思维能力以及临床操作能力四个方面的教学效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),教学后研究组教学效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂联合TSP的教学模式在消化内科实习生教学中教学效果突出,可有效提高教学满意度及实习生考核成绩。Objective To explore the application effect of the flipped classroom joint teacher standardized patient(TSP)teaching model in the teaching of gastroenterology interns.Methods A total of 80 undergraduate students internship in gastroenterology from January to August 2019 were randomly selected as the research object.According to the different teaching modes implemented,they were divided into a control group and a research group(40 cases each)The control group was given traditional teaching methods,and the research group was given TSP joint flip-up classroom teaching mode to observe and study the results of out-of-hospital examination,teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results The research group's teaching satisfaction and examination results are higher than the control group(P<0.05);the teaching effect of the two groups of interns in the four areas of learning interest,self-learning ability,clinical thinking ability and clinical operation ability before teaching,The differences were not significant(P>0.05).The teaching effect of the research group was better than the control group after teaching,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of flipped classroom combined with TSP has outstanding teaching effect in the teaching of digestive internal medicine interns,which can effectively improve the teaching satisfaction and the assessment results of interns.
