摘 要:目的探讨情景模拟教学模式在中西医结合妇产科护理教学中的应用。方法选取2017年6月—2019年6月158名在中国医科大学附属盛京医院妇产科室的中西医结合护理专业实习生,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组79名。对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用情景模拟教学模式。比较2组学生的学习效果、理论成绩、实践成绩、案例分析成绩及学生对教学满意度。结果教学过程实施后,观察组学生的学习效果评分高于对照组(P<0.05);实施后,2组学生的理论成绩均得到明显提升,且观察组学生成绩提高更明显(P<0.05);实施后,2组学生的实践成绩均得到明显提升,且观察组学生成绩提高更明显(P<0.05);实施后,2组学生的案例分析成绩均得到明显提升,且观察组学生成绩提高更明显(P<0.05);观察组学生总满意度为91.14%(72/79)高于对照组的73.42%(58/79)(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟教学模式应用于中西医结合妇产科护理教学中,不仅可以提高学生学习效果,提升学生对教学满意程度,还有助于提高学生理论知识、实践能力和案例分析水平,具有较高的教学推广价值。Objective To explore the application of scenario simulation teaching mode in the teaching of gynecology and obstetrics of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods A total of 158 nursing interns of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the obstetrics and gynecology department of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 79 cases in each group.The control group used the traditional teaching mode while the observation group used the scenario simulation teaching mode.The learning effects,theoretical results,practical results,case analysis results,and student satisfaction with the teaching of the two groups were compared.Results After the implementation of the teaching process,the students in the observation group were significantly more satisfied with the learning effect than those in the control group(P<0.05).The theoretical scores of the students in the two groups were significantly improved,and the students in the observation group were more significantly improved(P<0.05).The practice scores of the two groups of students were significantly improved,and the scores of the observation group were even more significantly improved(P<0.05).The cases of the two groups of students were significantly improved,and the scores of the observation group were more significantly improved(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of students in the observation group was 91.39%,which was significantly higher than 73.42%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scenario simulation teaching mode in the teaching of gynecology and obstetrics of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can not only improve the learning effect of students,improve students’satisfaction with teaching,but also improve students’theoretical knowledge,practical ability and case analysis level,and has high teaching promotion value.
