方剂学教学中的君药问题

摘　　要：凡有一方必有君药,君药在方剂的基本结构"君臣佐使"中处于综合中心地位,值得引起广泛的重视和深入的研究,而其深层次的内涵与方剂的治则治法、病因病机、主治有着内在逻辑,本文从君药的历史源流、数量、构成条件、意义、动态性和药理研究这几个大方面做出阐发,提出一些问题,引起一些重视,旨在现有条件下,明晰君药在教学与学习中的重要性,以期能够有所启发。There must be sovereign medicine in every prescription.Monarch medicine is in the comprehensive central position in the basic structure of the prescription"sovereign and subject assistant",which deserves extensive attention and in-depth research.Its deep-seated connotation has internal logic with the treatment principle,treatment method,etiology and pathogenesis,and main treatment of the prescription.This paper focuses on the historical origin,quantity,constituent conditions,significance,dynamic and pharmacological research of monarch medicine,in order to clarify the importance of sovereign medicine in teaching and learning under the current conditions,and to be enlightening.
