摘 要:航空活塞发动机具有技术成熟、结构简单、稳定可靠、质量轻、油耗低、功率大、经济性好等优点,在航空、军用装备领域占有重要地位。为保证飞机在其全寿命周期内满足适航要求,对其进行维护和保障与再制造尤为必要。再制造作为一种节能省材且延长产品使用寿命,增强服役性能的有效方法,能在修复磨损发动机缸套的同时全方面增强其力学和摩擦学性能。分析了航空活塞发动机的失效形式、再制造工艺和经济可行性,能为航空活塞发动机再制造工程提供参考。Aviation piston engine has the advantages of mature technology, simple structure, stable and reliable performance, light weight, low fuel consumption, large power and good economy, which plays an important role in aviation and military equipment field. In order to ensure that the aircraft can meet the airworthiness requirements in its whole life cycle,it is particularly necessary to preserve and remanufacture the aviation piston engine. Remanufacturing as an effective method to save energy and material can prolong the service life and enhance the service performance, which can not only repair worn engine cylinder liner, but also enhance its mechanical and tribological performance. The failure mode, remanufacturing process and economic feasibility of aviation piston engine were analyzed, which can provide reference for its remanufacturing engineering.
