摘　　要：混合式教学体现了“以学生为中心”的教学理念,利用线上线下相结合的多元化教学模式,促进“教”与“学”相统一。在疫情防控期间,借助感染病学在线课程平台,将混合式教学模式引入感染病学实践教学阶段,注重学生的参与性及个性化学习体验,在教师的引导启发下,发挥学生学习的积极性、主动性,建立全程阶段性形成性评价考核体系,不断提升学生的理论知识水平、实践技能、综合素质,培养出具备岗位胜任力的新型医学人才。Blended teaching embodies the“student-centered”teaching concept,and uses a diversified teaching model combining online and offline to promote the unity of“teaching”and“learning”.Under the epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia,with the help of the online course platform of infectious diseases,the blended teaching mode is introduced into the practical teaching stage of infectious diseases,focusing on student participation and personalized learning experience,giving play to the enthusiasm of students in learning under the guidance and inspiration of teachers,in order to establish a fullstage formative evaluation and assessment system,strengthen students’theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and continuously improve their comprehensive quality,thus cultivating new medical talents with post-competence.
