当代教育改革中需要怎样的教育领导者

摘  要:党的十八大以来,党中央高度重视教育工作,全面推进教育领域综合改革,教育面貌正在发生格局性变化。那么服务于教育事业的领导者们,他们行为势必决定着一定时期我国教育事业改革和发展的成败。作为教育领导者,他们应该是教育界的专业人士;对教育工作应该有强烈的责任感和使命感;应该具有国际视野和教育前瞻性;在教育改革的大潮中应该具有担当精神,并且积极担当改革的先锋。教育管理者只有具备了这些特质,才能对教育改革的进程起到积极的推进作用。Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to educational work and promoted comprehensive reform in the field of education,and the educational landscape is undergoing structural changes.So the leaders who serve the education,their behavior is bound to determine the success or failure of China s educational reform and development in a certain period.As educational leaders,they should be professionals in the field of education;they should have a strong sense of responsibility and mission to education;they should have certain international view and educational foresight;they should have the spirit of responsibility in the tide of educational reform;and they should act as the vanguard of reform.With these characteristics,education managers can play a positive role in promoting the process of educational reform.
