摘 要:面对数字化给经济与社会带来的挑战,德国积极打造"职业教育4.0",谋划并稳步推进职业教育领域的数字化转型这一系统工程。从"职业教育4.0"的概念入手,德国职业教育数字化转型的战略规划和项目布局可以概括为五条主线:以数字能力的界定与培养、数字基础设施的建设、数字媒体的使用、行业与职业变化的评估与适应、培训职业与培训章程的调整。最新的研究报告和数据显示,德国职业教育数字化转型的效果已初露端倪。In response to the challenges of digitalization of the economy and society,the German government has developed the concept of "Vocational Education 4.0" and promoted the digital transformation practice in the field of vocational education. Based on the concept of "Vocational Education 4.0", the German government’s strategic planning and project layout consist of five key action areas, namely the definition and training of digital skills, the construction of digital infrastructure, the use of digital media, the occupational screenings and evaluation of job market demand, and the adjustment of regulations and setups for recognized occupations. The latest education reports and data show that the digital transformation of German vocational education has begun to achieve effects.
