摘　　要：该试验研究了GKH卧式虹吸刮刀卸料离心机对酪朊酸钠点酸沉降后的脱水效果。结果显示, GKH型卧式虹吸刮刀卸料离心机能将传统酪朊酸钠生产工艺中的板框压滤替代,可实现连续进料工艺,大幅缩小生产时间,节约能耗。酪朊酸钠脱水最佳参数为:滚筒转速1 000 r/min、滚筒半径1 100 mm、物料温度40℃。GKH horizontal siphon scraper discharge centrifuge on acid precipitation of sodium caseinate was studied. The obtained GKH horizontal siphon scraper discharge centrifuge can replace the plate and frame filter press in the traditional sodium caseinate production process, which can realize the continuous feeding process, greatly reduce the production time and save energy consumption. The optimal parameters of sodium caseinate dehydration are drum speed 1 000 r/min, drum radius 1 100 mm and material temperature 40 ℃.
