摘　　要：随着我国抹茶产业的蓬勃发展,其相关领域的技术创新不断升级。对2010—2019年我国抹茶产业专利进行检索,分析其申请年度、专利类型、授权专利和技术创新等信息,结果表明抹茶食品加工工艺、装置设备和真伪鉴别等是抹茶产业的主要技术创新领域,以期为抹茶产业持续健康发展提供参考。With the vigorous development of matcha industry,the technological innovation in its related fields is constantly upgrading.The patents for matcha industry from 2010 to 2019 were searched,and the information of application year,patent type,authorized patent and technological innovation were analyzed.The results showed that matcha-food processing technology,equipment and authenticity identification were the main technological innovation fields of matcha industry,which could provide references for the sustainable and healthy development of matcha industry.
