摘　　要：创新型高技能人才的短缺,束缚中国由制造大国向制造强国转变,制约地方传统优势产业的转型升级。为解决地方食品业发展实际需要与地方食品业创新型高技能人才培养之间的矛盾,马鞍山师范高等专科学校食品系通过厘清行业态势,坚持立足地方,引入以成果为导向的教育理念,采取科研反哺教学的方法,在更大规模更高质量地培养服务地方食品行业企业人才的工作中,进行积极尝试,取得初步成效。The shortage of innovative high-skilled talents has constrained the transformation of our country from a large one to a powerful one. It restricted the transformation and upgrading of local traditional advantageous industries. In order to solve the contradiction mentioned above, Food Department of Maanshan Teachers’ College, by means of clarifying the industry situation, adhering to the local orientation, introducing the concept of outcome-based education and adopting the pattern of scientific research back feeding teaching, has made positive attempts and achieved preliminary results in cultivating larger scale and higher quality talents serving local food industry.
