摘  要:环糊精葡萄糖基转移酶(CGTase,EC 2.4.1.19)是一种多功能型酶,可将淀粉转化为环糊精。随着市场对环糊精及其衍生物的需求越来越大,其生产所需要的CGTase的研究引起广泛关注。由于游离CGTase具有稳定性低,不易反复使用等不利因素,很大程度上限制了CGTase的使用,而CGTase被固定化后,稳定性增强且能多次使用。因此,对CGTase在吸附法、共价结合法、包埋法、交联法等方面的固定化研究进展进行综述,比较方法优缺点及固定化CGTase的应用。通过对CGTase固定化研究现状的综述,为固定化CGTase的研究提供参考,有助于推动固定化CGTase的应用。Cyclodextrin glucosyltransferase(CGTase,EC 2.4.1.19)is a multifunctional enzyme that converts starch into cyclodextrin.With the increasing demand for cyclodextrin and its derivatives,the research on CGTase required for its production has attracted wide attention.Since the free CGTase has low stability and is not easy to be used repeatedly,the usage of CGTase is largely limited;After the CGTase immobilized,the stability enhanced and can be used multiple times.The progress of immobilization of CGTase in adsorption,covalent bonding,embedding and cross-linking methods was reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of these methods and the application of immobilized CGTase were compared.Through a review of the current status of CGTase immobilization research,a reference for the study of immobilized CGTase was provided,thereby further promoting the application of immobilized CGTase.
